Happy soon to be 2018 everyone!! How EXCITING!!! As you’ve probably deduced, I love all things new. I will try anything once and I really appreciate change!

How do you feel about change for Yourself? Does it scare the crap out of you or do you charge in guns blazing? This is a question everyone should consider when becoming a better YOU for YOU.  I’m always interested in how other people approach things or avoid them all together. Please feel free to share.😁

We are embarking on the last month of our Winter session on January 4th. The super fun classes will include HIIT training, Yoga, some learning to run, as well as some other surprises!  If any future FLYers would love to get in on the action, please email me, and I’ll get you organized!
