Hello friends! For those of you who don’t know, I’ve been practicing morning gratitude in the form of “My JOY” for just over 3 years. It sets my intention for the day and enables me to look at everything around me more openly.

This also helps with my reaction to situations which may be challenging as well as assisting in my patience factor.

Here is my post for today! Enjoy, be grateful and relax (even if for just a moment).

1! Being grateful in every moment. Especially the “what can I learn from this” moment. 😁
2! All the really cool meditation music on YouTube. I’m listening to Calm Meditation by Buddhaslounge. I love it.
3! A gingerbread house that cost $25 (that was 1/2 price). The house comes built! It’s a whole new world! 😬🧐😂
