Good morning FLY Friends!! We’re going to start a new Accomplishment set tomorrow😁.

Today is a day to think about what you want to Accomplish for YOU this week, whether you really want it, and what steps you’re going to take to attain it.

The reason I started FLY Wellness was to give people an outlet/haven/sounding post to First Love Yourself.

It’s a daunting task. We are everything to everyone all the time. A large majority feel like they can do something for themselves “later” or “next week”, then suddenly 10 years have passed. Then where are you?

You’re a shell of what you once were. You’re exhausted mentally and physically. You’re stressed (which may come out as a sore back or constant headaches). You stop taking time to look in the mirror to see how AWESOME you are. You eat crappy food because it’s easier then making a delicious (planned in advance) meal. You don’t drink enough water (yes, something as simple as this).

Once you’re in this cycle it can be difficult to get out of. The best way to do this? Make a plan, start small. 5-10 minutes a day for Yourself.
Sit quietly, rock out to music in your car while you’re waiting for kids, listen to a podcast on a short walk, and EXERCISE!! Exercise is the saviour of many. You know what else is? Community. Go for a quick coffee with a friend you haven’t seen for six months.
