Good evening FLY Friends!

I’m busy gearing up for a new FLY Wellness Session starting Thursday, September 6th, 2018. There will be 10 full-time and 5 part-time spots available. More details will be made available sooner than later😁.

For those of you who have taken part in past sessions, I encourage you to rate and review your experiences. I would also love to know what your thoughts, requests, and ideas are regarding future adventures together.

I plan on adding new class formats and am considering offering fitness assessments and nutrition guidelines for those interested in tracking their progress during our sessions.
