Whoop!! FLY Wellness is back!! Please join me for my “Almost Spring” FLY Wellness session!!

FLY stands for FIRST LOVE YOURSELF!! The Wellness part is the commitment to take care of YOU…body, mind, and soul.

I started this company for many reasons. Two of them (the rest you can read on this website😁), are because of my love of fitness and my want for a like minded community. I’ve designed my classes to be challenging and fun! My sense of humor and necessity to push your limits (and mine) will ensure a sense of Accomplishment and more than a few giggles!

A few things you’ll need to know….

This is something for YOU to do for YOU. 

This is a positive space. We will be working together towards a common goal.

YOU will sweat.

YOU will laugh.

YOU will feel Accomplished.

The classes will consist of muscle conditioning and heart pumping cardio bursts. We’ll be using our body weight, other  people (aka partners), weights, mini bands, and other fun equipment to attain our goals.

Classes will be held Mondays and Thursdays at 5:30pm at Physiofit (located next to Nutter’s). They will be one hour in length. The format will consist of warm up, something crazy, and end of class stretch.

The session runs from Monday March 4th thru to Thursday April 18th. The commitment is 7 weeks with 14 classes.

THERE ARE 15 SPOTS AVAILABLE! 10 FULLTIME (8 classes or more) AND 5 PARTTIME (7 classes or less).

The cost is $130 (fulltime) and $100 (parttime) payable by cash, cheque or etransfer.

You will need to fill out the PAR-Q form located in the menu. This is my form of registration and insurance. This needs to be completed before you can attend the session.
