October 2019 FLY Wellness Bootcamp!!

$80Good Monday FLY Friends!!
1! The September and October sessions will be held twice a week Tuesdays and Thursdays.
2! The classes will run 5:30-6:30pm.
3! The formats will be tabata, HIIT, circuit, and partner workouts.
4! The workouts will utilize body weight, hand weights, mini bands and resistance bands.
5! There will be cardio.
6! There may be swearing.
7! There will most definitely be good times.
8! This will be a gossip free space. Remember, if you weren’t there, do you really know?😉
9! You will be one with nature. Rain or shine. Locations to be determined….I’m thinking a hill perhaps…hehe.
10! You will be a part of an amazing community.
11! I will be considering a few morning workouts (free bonus fun) depending on the interest.
