Happy October my friends! We’re heading into week four of our first ever session! I’m having the very best time.

We’re up to 85 hip thrusters and a 2 minute plank for our challenge.

The conversation this week is about food. Bottom line. Eat whatever the hell you want. Just do it in moderation. When we deprive ourselves of the things we love (food and otherwise), we tend to go off the deep end and/or dive into an extra large pizza.

You make the choices for you. You’re smart. You can say yes or no. You just have to want it badly enough.
