Hello my friends!! FLY WELLNESS SPRING SESSION is on its way!!
Details are as follows:

1! Make the commitment to YOURSELF for 9 weeks of super fun, sweaty times.
2! Make the commitment to ME for 9 weeks of super fun, sweaty times.
3! Commence “Spartan” like workouts TOGETHER on Thursday MARCH 1ST at 5:30pm.
4! Prepare to train for a 5km run as a community of like minded, awesome people.
5! Enjoy the VARIETY I will provide (with the exception of burpees😂😂).
6! Show up on time, with at least a bit of a smile, and ready to work Monday’s at 5:50pm and Thursday’s at 5:30pm.
7! Look forward to extra curricular spontaneity outside of our class schedule.
8! Have your Par-Q filled out at flywellness.net by Feb 22nd. (Here)
There are 15 spots available. That includes full and part time. I understand people have crazy schedules and can only do so much. In saying that there will be 5 part time spots available. That’s it. I want you to commit to YOU!!
9! Full time spots are $150. Part time spots (9 classes or less) $100. Payment will be due by February 22nd, 2018 unless special arrangements have been made😁.
10!! Get ready to FLY! This is going to be our best one YET!! And yes, you guessed it…..I’M SOOOOO EXCITED!!!
