Thank you ladies for your awesomeness! I’m so blessed to be among such a great group.

I didn’t actually believe I could be more excited, and I am. Thursday can’t come soon enough.

The FLY Wellness challenge for this session (until the end of October) are hip thrusters and planks. Today’s tasks are 15 hip thrusters and a 30 second plank. These will get progessively harder. 😁

My suggestion for this week is to stretch for at least 5-10 minutes per day. Your body and mind will thank you.
