Wellness, WELCOME! To those of you I\u2019ve had the JOY of working with already\u2026I\u2019m happy to have you busting it out with me!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F.L.Y. First. Love. Yourself. It looks good in print doesn\u2019t it? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The question. \u201cHow the hell do I fit this in my life?\u201d <br>\nThe answer. \u201cYou make the choice.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doing what\u2019s good for your body, mind, and soul usually evaporates when life takes over. <br>\nF.L.Y. Wellness is designed to bring it back.  <br>\nYour body is designed for movement. The brain and nervous system are designed to produce hormones of JOY from that movement. This movement within a like minded community provides the warm fuzzies around your heart. Your being stirs all this awesomeness together to establish a greater self. WHOOP!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The details (super fun times) for the 2019 F.L.Y. S.I.C. (Summer is Coming) Session.<br>\n1! Commencing Thursday May 9th at Vicker\u2019s playground 5:30pm-6:45pm. We will be at different locations each class (refer to calendar on the flywellness.net website).<br>\n2! This 7 week session will run Tuesday\u2019s and Thursday\u2019s until June 27th.<br>\n3! 15 hours of commitment. THAT\u2019S .0125% OF YOUR SEVEN WEEKS.\ud83d\ude01<br>\n4! WE WILL BE OUTSIDE! Nature is SO important for our psyche. You\u2019ll be glad.<br>\n5! There will be a variety of class formats with the main focus being on tabata\u2019s and HIIT training. Body weight, resistance, the mini band, and your mind will be your allies.<br>\n6! There are 10 full-time (10 or more classes) and 5 part-time (9 classes or less) spots available.<br>\n7! The investment in Yourself is $150 for f\/t, $100 for p\/t.\ud83d\ude01<br>\n8! Gossiping, frowning, judgement, and general grumpiness are highly discouraged. I DO encourage cursing (from exertion), laughter (from my hilarity), and temporary blindness (from the sweat dripping in your eyes). <br>\n9! Drop-ins may be welcome with advanced notice and spot availability.<br>\n**F.L.Y. Wellness is the place to embrace something just for You.
