Wellness! For my returning Lovelies, I\u2019m super stoked to see you!<\/p>\n<p>What does F.L.Y. stand for? It stands for First. Love. Yourself. \ud83d\ude01<\/p>\n<p>This is something most of us let fall by the wayside when life takes over. I\u2019m here to help bring it back through fitness and an amazing community of like minded people.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The very best thing you can do for the people around you is to embark on an adventure with Yourself. It\u2019s been said you can\u2019t serve from an empty vessel. I believe this to be true.<\/p>\n<p>The First choice one needs to make is making time for You. Why not do that and pump up those endorphins at the same time? Whoop!<\/p>\n<p>Here are the details (super fun times) for the 2018 F.L.Y. Fall Session.<\/p>\n<p>1! Commencing Sept 6th at Vicker\u2019s playground 5:30pm-6:45pm.<\/p>\n<p>2! The session will run Monday\u2019s and Thursday\u2019s until November 5th, 2018. There will be no classes September 13th and October 8th.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>3! 16 classes in total.<\/p>\n<p>4! Monday\u2019s will be outdoors (at a few different locations), 5:45-6:45pm. Thursday\u2019s (starting September 20th), will be at Physiofit 5:30-6:30pm.<\/p>\n<p>5! There will be a variety of class formats with the main focus being on tabata\u2019s and circuit style training. Equipment and body weight will be your allies.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>6! There are 10 full-time (10 or more classes) and 5 part-time (9 classes or less) spots available.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>7! The investment in Yourself is $150 for f\/t, $100 for p\/t.\ud83d\ude01<\/p>\n<p>8! Gossiping, frowning, judgement, and general grumpiness are highly discouraged. I DO encourage cursing (from exertion), laughter (from my hilarity), and temporary blindness (from the sweat dripping in your eyes).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>F.L.Y. Wellness is the place to embrace something just for You.
