We\u2019re going to start a new Accomplishment set tomorrow\ud83d\ude01.<\/p>\n<p>Today is a day to think about what you want to Accomplish for YOU this week, whether you really want it, and what steps you\u2019re going to take to attain it.<\/p>\n<p>The reason I started FLY Wellness was to give people an outlet\/haven\/sounding post to First Love Yourself.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a daunting task. We are everything to everyone all the time. A large majority feel like they can do something for themselves \u201clater\u201d or \u201cnext week\u201d, then suddenly 10 years have passed. Then where are you?<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re a shell of what you once were. You\u2019re exhausted mentally and physically. You\u2019re stressed (which may come out as a sore back or constant headaches). You stop taking time to look in the mirror to see how AWESOME you are. You eat crappy food because it\u2019s easier then making a delicious (planned in advance) meal. You don\u2019t drink enough water (yes, something as simple as this).<\/p>\n<p>Once you\u2019re in this cycle it can be difficult to get out of. The best way to do this? Make a plan, start small. 5-10 minutes a day for Yourself.<br \/>\nSit quietly, rock out to music in your car while you\u2019re waiting for kids, listen to a podcast on a short walk, and EXERCISE!! Exercise is the saviour of many. You know what else is? Community. Go for a quick coffee with a friend you haven\u2019t seen for six months.<\/p>\n<p>Happy day, make a plan, and First Love Yourself!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good morning FLY Friends!!
