Good Saturday FLY Friends! We are on our last day of our 21 day Accomplishment series. 

Today I want you to think of looking in the mirror and making Yourself smile. What makes you unforgettable? What is your best attribute? What gives you JOY when you think of YOU? 

I’ll be starting a 15 day hip thruster Accomplishment Series tomorrow. This will lead us up to the FLY Wellness “Get IT Done” winter session commencing January 7th. I will post all the fun-filled details and registration info tomorrow! I’m looking forward to another successful year. Whoop!!
