13 MORE SLEEPS!! Good morning FLY friends!! There are 13 SLEEPS until the 7 week “Almost Spring” FLY Session is in session!! WHOOP!! For those of you who were registered for the last session, you will still need to complete another Par-Q.😁 Please make sure to get these in so I can confirm my numbers. Today is also an EXCELLENT day to start a 14 day Accomplishment Series!! The theme will be jumping squats and lunges. Channel your inner kangaroo (or flea if you’re little😂).
